5 ways in which Positive Affirmations can change our life

Positive Affirmations are bulS**t !

Who thinks about positive affirmations or about being optimistic when there is so much chaos going on in life.

When you have bills to pay or relationships to fix, thinking about anything positively sounded crazy to me. Until I decided what I wanted to do in life. I always blamed the situation and the people around me.

There was a continuous blame game going on. My children, family, friend circle, and my husband (the most common person to be held accountable for whatever goes wrong in my life.) I blamed everyone around. But never me.

It has happened to me and I am pretty sure you have been there too. But do you know hate and negative affirmations also have a limit?

After a certain time in my life, I realized that I was tired of thinking negatively. I was tired of thinking about the discomforts of my life.

And this Shift in my life happened when I understood the META secret of Growth.

Meta secret of growth

The meta secret of growth says 99% of us allow the outside world to control our inner self. The financial status and people’s opinions, decide how we feel and act in any given situation.

But the day you allow the inner self to control the outer world is the day you will shine and succeed. That is, the day you stop paying attention to what everyone else is saying and start listening to your inner self, your inner voice. What your inner voice wants you to do? And what action do you want to take? What is your goal? What are your desires? And what are your abilities?

Once you are clear about what you want you would automatically be able to magnetize all your success and wishes. Our mindset plays a major role in how we feel and what we do.

Understanding the Meta secret of growth taught me to look at life from a different perspective.  It taught me that :

It’s okay to feel a little bit off sometimes.

An incident can spoil your mood for a few minutes but it cannot decide the kind of life you live. You are a human and you have emotions but you cannot allow any moment to impact my life negatively.

It’s okay if you don’t know all the answers:

I no longer wish to hold myself accountable for every situation. What people did or why they did. It was not my responsibility to have an answer to everything that happened around me anymore.

It’s okay that I don’t feel incredible all the time:

I no longer think about labeling myself based on my emotions. I understand that I am a  human and I can cry, laugh, feel vulnerable, and feel on top of the world, all in one day.

This simple shift in my thought process brought a huge change in my life. It taught me gratitude, for all that I had in life and for all that I lost in life.

I started practicing positive affirmations. Some of the Positive Affirmations that I use are:

I am thankful for waking up this morning.

Something as simple as waking up in the morning can be impossible for many. Not everyone is alive today, who were alive yesterday. positive affirmations are also about knowing the importance of every breath you take.

I am grateful for this journey that I am on.

I am truly grateful for where I stand in my life, because I know I am growing mentally with each passing experience of life. Not everyone has had so many moments of joy and wisdom in such a short span of life. There is a beautiful life ahead of me.

I am thankful for all the blessings in my life known and unknown.

So many experiences of life have taught me that everything happens for a reason. There is someone somewhere who has protected me and guided me to grow. I thank every blessing that made me reach where I am in life.

I am thankful for every breath I take.

Hold your breath for 30 seconds. (not more than that) Do you suddenly feel the need to take that deep breath? This one simple practice made me thankful for every breath I take, consciously and subconsciously.

I am thankful for my desires and goals.

Living life like a headless chicken is not easy. Though without a vision, such people often feel sad and unmotivated. I am thankful for my visions, goals, and desires. They bring in a feeling of fulfillment and growth.

I am thankful for the tears that gave me wisdom.

Yes, I hated it when I cried because I had no clue about the lessons my sorrow wanted to teach me. Today when I  look back I thank every tear for making me stronger and happier.

I am thankful for the hard lessons.

The times when I lost and the times when people cheated me, I became wiser. The hard lessons of life are way different from the hard lessons in our books. The hard lessons of life taught me to be independent and to practice gratitude.

I am thankful that so many people around me love me.

Money can’t buy relationships. One visit to an orphanage or an old age home can teach you this lesson of life. Not everyone has a loving family and not everyone has true friends. I am grateful that I am blessed with both.

I am thankful that my family and I have healthy bodies.

When my younger daughter was born, she was unwell. The constant hospital visits taught me to be grateful for a healthy body. And I show gratitude from the bottom of my heart, for keeping me and my family healthy.

Gratitude is my natural state of being.

The day you start feeling thankful, will be the day you bring peace and growth in your life.

This simple practice made my inner peace unshakeable. Nothing external had the power to disturb me any longer.

I now feel more productive and energetic.

I received growth in abundance, in my finances, and in my relationships too

Conclusion: science, psychology, and manifestation, all teach us that we become what we think. Our thoughts become our imagination. And our imagination becomes our reality.

Think about what you want to be. And do what you need to be.

The secret of Manifestation

Three major questions to ask yourself

What do you want to achieve number two why do you want to achieve number three what will you do if you achieve your goal what how will it change your life.

Asking, believing, and receiving are the three most levels of abundance.
