2022 will be a successful year for you! Why do I say that with so much confidence? It’s because I want that power and success for you. And so I convey that message to the universe to make everything successful for you. 

But my wishes for you will come true, only if you start to shift your mindset. It’s pretty simple if you want to change your life, if you want your 2022 to be the most successful, you have to bring change.

Trust me a beautiful and successful 2022 just needs you to take action and have a healthy mindset.

I know, you might be feeling, what the hell is she saying? How can a shift in mindset make my 2022 successful? 

There was a time in my life when I felt everything and every human around me was wrong. Rather I found them absurd. Work and relationships both kept failing because I looked at situations from a negative mindset.

The holidays, the parties,  the promotions, everything seemed wrong and made me feel restless. 

The reason was that I focused too much on things that were out of my control. The what-ifs were always running in my head. What if I fail !? What if I become a topic of a discussion!? What if there is an earthquake!? 

Trust me there is no end to negative self-talk and we all do it. And by doing so we just add fuel to our problems. 

It’s pretty simple. You think about negatives in your life, negativity grows. But if you shift your mindset to positive things in your life, positivity grows. 

Only you have the power and ability to make your 2022 successful.

2022 success comes once you become a learner

The biggest problem is that we humans tend to think that we know it all. We never concentrate on the path of growth or learning. 

For example, you know that colleague of yours who is doing better than you. A good personality, on-time work, and he are so prompt in managing everything. That smart ass is being praised by everyone around. Not just that, the boss is impressed too. 

You see, the problem in this situation is not that your colleague is doing better than you. The problem is that you are putting all your energy into why your colleague doesn’t deserve it. Your jealous mindset is not allowing you to think that you need to amend your techniques and learn some new ones too. 

When we have a mindset to learn we automatically grow.

People grow at their own pace

Growth is an ongoing process for every living being. Just like all children in a classroom don’t learn at the same pace, even adults don’t. 

It doesn’t matter if your colleague or your friend is earning more than you. And it doesn’t make you any less of a human if you are going through a rough patch in your relationships but your friends are posting couple goal pictures on social media.

The point here is to realize that any aspect of life where you think you are failing/lagging, doesn’t define you. 

 No two individuals grow at the same pace in life.

This 2022, let your success depend on your growth. Let it be YOU versus YOU.

Successful 2022 can be created but it takes time.

A successful 2022 can surely be created but you need to understand that all good things take time.  

Success for you might come from financial freedom, a stable relationship, or being recognized for your hard work. Whatever it is, you need to accept the fact that things cannot change in a blink of an eye. All good things do take time to happen.

A good boxer doesn’t get a trophy on day one of his practice. An artist takes time to brush his skills. And we do take time to get out of a rotten relationship.

I remember this phase of my life when I wanted to publish a book. Didn’t really know how I would make it happen. Let alone that, I had no clue about the niche I wanted to write a book on.  All I knew was that I wanted to publish the best-selling book. My vision was just to see my name written on that best-selling book.

So, I had a pretty constructive vision for my future. But the problem was that I wanted my success but didn’t really want to wait. I wanted to jump straight to the top. 

A book and boom, I become the best-selling author.

But slowly when I started publishing small articles, I realized that success doesn’t come in a blink of an eye. It requires a lot of hard work and time too. And the most important thing is that I need to brush up on my skills every day.

 Patience is the key to a successful 2022.

Success in 2022 comes with controlling only the things that are under your control. 

When you think about the problems, they grow. And when you think about solutions, your problems end.

The sun rises from the East and sets in the west. You like it or you don’t. This is the way it will happen. This is a change that happens in the universe whether you approve of it or you don’t. It’s not under your control.

Similarly, in life, there are things/issues that are not under your control. For example, what if I say there is an earthquake in some part of the world. And you constantly keep watching the news. Will you be able to change anything? Or will you be able to help someone? It’s not going to help anyone, right! Either you get up and try and help or you just stop listening to the news all day. Because by listening to the news and not doing anything about it, you are wasting your time, energy, and your mental peace too. I am not saying don’t acknowledge yourself about what’s happening around you, all I am saying is either do something about it or just stop thinking about it.

Similarly, if your friend is an alcoholic and refuses to change, you can’t do anything about it. 

There is a big difference between the things that you can change/control in life or not. Once you understand that, life would become way simpler.

People change when their desire to change becomes greater than their desire to be in the same position.

This 2022, know that every problem has a solution

This new year, I want you to know that your tensions cannot be solved. No matter how much you talk about or stress about it.  Tensions can never be solved.

On the contrary,  every problem in your life has a solution. It just requires you to take action. No negative talks, no complaining. Just some actions to amend your problems. 

There are times when we think that the mess in our life has absolutely no solution. But the truth is that all problems do come with a solution. We just need to focus on the solution. The solution might come after come after crying and a lot of brainstorming. But it will surely happen. 

Life does throw curve balls at us. It does feel like we have no way out. But human psychology has taught me, that we realize our efficiency when we feel we have hit the end of the road, we work harder. That is when we push ourselves to become fearless and we give our 100%

A successful business, an efficient employee, an acing relationship, or a luxurious house, whatever defines success for you can only be achieved by a successful mindset.
